What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateways

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account and view your order status in the Orders section.

How can I return an item?

Contact returns@quantumofficefurniture.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange pickup for damaged/incorrect items or provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you offer warranties?

We do not offer warranties, but we ensure quality products. Damaged or defective items can be reported within 48 hours for replacement or refund.
