2. Accepted Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
- M-Pesa
- We accept payments via Lipa Na M-Pesa. Our PayBill or Till Number will be provided at the time of checkout. This is a fast and secure way to pay for your order.
- Credit/Debit Cards
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
- Bank Transfer (EFT)
- You may choose to pay via a direct bank transfer to our company account. Banking details will be provided at checkout. Please use your Order Number as the payment reference. Orders will be processed once the funds have cleared in our account (typically 1-2 business days).
- In-Store Payment (Pickup Orders)
- If you select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, you may pay for your order at our showroom using M-Pesa, Cash, or a Credit/Debit Card.

- Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
3. Payment Security Your security is our top priority. All online transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
4. Payment Terms
- Order Processing: Payment must be made in full and confirmed before we can dispatch your order for delivery.
- Special & Bulk Orders: For custom-made items or large-volume corporate orders, we may require a 50% deposit to initiate production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery. This will be clearly communicated in your custom quote.
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order details and a receipt. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Currency All prices listed on our website are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
