1. Introduction This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure your office furniture arrives safely and efficiently. We are based at the Red Commercial Complex on Mombasa Road and offer several convenient options for delivery and pickup.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment or pickup.

3. Shipping & Delivery Options

We offer the following methods:

  • A) In-Store Pickup (Free)
    • You can collect your order directly from our showroom at the Red Commercial Complex, Mombasa Road.
    • Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” email notification before coming to the store.
    • Pickup Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
    • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for collection.
  • B) Local Delivery (Nairobi & Environs)
    • We offer a dedicated delivery service for customers within Nairobi and its surrounding areas.
    • Delivery Time: Typically 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.
    • Our team will contact you via phone (+254 720 524 107) to schedule a convenient delivery time slot.
  • C) Nationwide Delivery (Outside Nairobi)
    • We partner with trusted third-party courier and freight services to deliver orders across Kenya.
    • Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
    • A tracking number will be provided, if available from our courier partner.

4. Shipping Costs

  • In-Store Pickup: Always free.
  • Delivery Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, size, and weight of your order.
  • Free Shipping Promotion: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over KSh 50,000 within the Nairobi metropolitan area.
  • Bulk & Custom Orders: For large-volume orders or special installation requests, please contact us at sales@quantumofficefurniture.co.ke for a custom delivery quote.

5. Delivery Process & Assembly

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service is a “drop-off” service to your ground-floor entrance or building’s loading bay. Delivery personnel are not responsible for carrying items up stairs or into specific rooms unless a “White Glove” service has been pre-arranged.
  • Customer Responsibility: An adult must be present at the scheduled time to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
  • Assembly: Most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed (unassembled) to ensure safe transit. Assembly instructions are included. Assembly services are not included in the standard delivery fee but can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us to inquire about assembly services.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • CRITICAL: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the item, please note it with the delivery driver and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • As per our Refund Policy, please email photos of the damage or defect to sales@quantumofficefurniture.co.ke. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
